About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the brand’s annual and long-range growth strategy, including portfolio roadmap and local innovation pipeline.
  • Lead OGX business performance, including revenue, share, profitability, and overall P&L management.
  • Own the commercialization agenda across all channels, partnering with Sales and Trade Marketing to deliver strong retail execution.
  • Drive integrated activation plans spanning national media, retail media, digital commerce, social, and influencer programs.
  • Lead local innovation development and go-to-market execution for new products and partnerships.
  • Partner with Insights, Analytics, and Finance teams to optimize investment effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to ensure flawless execution.
  • Build organizational capability through coaching, talent development, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Brand Marketing and Commercial Leadership within CPG, Beauty, or Personal Care.
  • Proven success managing brand or business P&L and delivering sustainable growth.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the hair care, personal care, or wellness categories.
  • Experience working with major U.S. retailers such as Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, and Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel commerce, retail media, and digital marketing.
