Commercial Lead

Responsibilities

• Contribute to GTM, segmentation, and proposition choices and translate strategy into a concrete commercial plan with measurable objectives
• Maintain individual sales responsibility from prospecting and pipeline building to closing
• Lead tender processes and bid management for enterprise clients
• Coach and manage the team of sales consultants
• Provide the Head of Commercial and management with reliable data, pipeline insights, and realistic forecasts
• Act as a bridge between lead generation and qualified pipeline to strengthen marketing and sales alignment

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of B2B commercial experience, preferably in a start-up/scale-up or fast-moving environment
• Experience in recruitment or workforce software solutions
• Previous leadership or coordinating responsibility over a commercial team
• Experience with bid management is a plus
• Ability to write a sales strategy and execute direct sales
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch
• Result-oriented mindset with high energy and drive
