Commercial Launch & Deployment Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce site readiness checklists and launch playbooks for commercial kitchen configurations
• Build and maintain integrated master launch schedules across engineering, supply chain, and logistics teams
• Design and govern hardware phase-gate approval processes and compliance protocols
• Lead cross-functional syncs to mitigate risks and ensure deployment schedules are met
• Source, vet, and manage third-party vendors and installation partners
• Act as escalation lead for field issues to maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
• Translate technical workflows into standard operating procedures (SOPs) for commercial staff
• Design the operational hand-off architecture from launch to sustaining field operations

Requirements

• 6+ years of program management, field operations, or hardware launch experience
• 3+ years in B2B, commercial infrastructure, or enterprise hardware environments
• Experience building scale playbooks, SOPs, and deployment tracking architectures
• Technical literacy in hardware specifications, electrical constraints, and facility diagrams
• Ability to travel regionally up to 20-30%
• Experience with health, safety, or building compliance frameworks (OSHA, NSF, UL)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Experience in enterprise IoT, commercial energy infrastructure, or industrial supply chain
