About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with pharmacies to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing training and advice to pharmacy teams
- Recommend and close sales offers to drive brand growth within the sector
- Manage product visibility and merchandising in pharmacies
- Analyze sales data and implement action plans to boost sector performance
Requirements
- Successful commercial experience, ideally in cosmetics or pharmacy
- Passion for natural cosmetics and environmental commitments
- Strong leadership and ability to build trust with clients
- Autonomous, organized, and proactive personality
- Based near Dijon with a valid driver's license (Permis B)
