About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with pharmacies to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Act as a brand ambassador, providing training and advice to pharmacy teams
  • Recommend and close sales offers to drive brand growth within the sector
  • Manage product visibility and merchandising in pharmacies
  • Analyze sales data and implement action plans to boost sector performance

Requirements

  • Successful commercial experience, ideally in cosmetics or pharmacy
  • Passion for natural cosmetics and environmental commitments
  • Strong leadership and ability to build trust with clients
  • Autonomous, organized, and proactive personality
  • Based near Dijon with a valid driver's license (Permis B)
