Commercial Intern (Hospitality)

Responsibilities

• Prepare suitable quotes for customers
• Resolve complaints and propose solutions
• Maintain up-to-date customer data and information
• Support the Horeca Manager in daily commercial activities
• Participate in customer visits to understand regional hospitality needs
• Analyze reports and purchasing behavior to identify commercial opportunities
• Conduct research on hospitality trends or communication optimization

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a commercial MBO or HBO degree
• Passion for the hospitality industry and customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in the Dutch language
