Commercial Intermediaries Retention Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the BCCO Area to ensure Due Diligence processes comply with established standards and procedures.
• Calculate commission payments and oversee non-commission-related payments to commercial intermediaries.
• Prepare monthly commission provisions and monitor reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting treatment.
• Perform financial statement analysis as part of the intermediary evaluation process within the Due Diligence framework.
• Prepare monthly US sales databases for products under anti-dumping scope, collaborating with commercial, customs, and logistics teams.
• Support the Commercial Intermediaries Retention Manager as a key contact point for the BCCO department and Legal Services.
• Work with Business Unit responsibles and commercial intermediaries regarding agreements, due diligence, and commission payments.
• Prepare and coordinate anti-dumping submissions, including questionnaires and supplemental responses, in compliance with regulatory deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Law.
• Advanced Excel skills (essential).
• Strong data analytics capabilities.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in roles related to compliance, planning, finance, accounting, audit, or contract administration.
• Experience with contracts management and understanding of legal language.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
