Commercial Intelligence Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Generate commercial data from diverse sources to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze the real estate market, including supply, demand, pricing, and competition
• Develop AI-driven pricing models and identify market trends and business opportunities
• Implement advanced analytics tools and predictive models
• Integrate and exploit commercial databases, CRM systems, and external data sources
• Utilize AI tools for scenario analysis and decision support
• Propose data-driven strategies to maximize profitability and market positioning
• Develop dashboards, reports, and commercial presentations

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization
• Knowledge of statistical models and forecasting techniques
• Proficiency in database management
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
• Results-oriented mindset
