About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct CRM data reviews to identify duplicates, incomplete entries, and invalid emails
- Perform prospect research and list building to identify potential members and associates
- Support identification of new opportunities through market and stakeholder information gathering
- Apply data standardization and segmentation protocols across various departments
- Develop data management guidelines and provide orientation to the internal team
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working with CRM systems or databases
- Experience in data cleaning, validation, and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools
- Experience in market research
- Intermediate Spanish proficiency
