Commercial Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Run regular BuiltWith exports to identify competitor payment gateway users
• Build and maintain structured target lists for competitor segments
• Perform bulk email discovery and validation using Hunter.io and NeverBounce/ZeroBounce
• Enrich merchant records with platform data and GMV tier estimates
• Apply ICE scoring to rank leads for sales prioritization
• Manage Salesforce data imports, deduplication, and schema integrity
• Configure lead scoring and auto-assignment rules in Salesforce
• Produce Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline health
• Trigger and monitor email sequences via Outreach.io or Salesloft
• Optimize the end-to-end playbook from list acquisition to sequencing

Requirements

• 2–4 years in data, operations, revenue operations, or analytical roles
• Hands-on Salesforce or CRM experience including data imports and field mapping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning)
• Experience with outbound sales tooling or CRM management
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce admin certification
• Python for data processing scripts
• Exposure to ecommerce, payments, or fintech industries
