Commercial Insurance Sales Producer

Responsibilities

• Consultatively partner with clients to understand needs and provide comprehensive coverage
• Conduct thorough coverage and exposure reviews to educate clients on adequate coverage
• Review renewal considerations and collaborate with carriers and marketing for best client options
• Provide excellent service to an assigned book of business and build long-term relationships
• Stay current with insurance underwriting guidelines, premium saving credits, and technology platforms
• Partner with existing advisors to cross-sell P&C lines into existing accounts
• Source referrals through professional and personal relationships and conduct cold calling

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years of individual P&C sales experience
• Property / Casualty license required
