Commercial Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver training events for both internal employees and external clients for Mabe and High End brands.
• Develop training strategies and bi-monthly programs based on training needs assessments (DNC).
• Create and deliver presentations regarding product features, benefits, and line updates to meet specific client needs.
• Evaluate Mabe Promoters on the sales floor to ensure sales arguments and brand benefits align with the commercial strategy.
• Coordinate training sessions with various clients within the assigned zone to increase product presence and market displacement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in training, sales, or promotion within a commercial environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Prezi.
• English proficiency of at least 80%.
