Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by managing the initial stages of the commercial funnel for new clients
  • Generate new business opportunities by contacting potential customers to identify needs and coordinate key interviews
  • Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat to ensure efficient conversion of interested organizations
  • Execute strategic campaigns to manage churn, focusing on reactivating and recovering inactive customers
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients to ensure long-term loyalty and expansion
  • Contribute to a Customer Experience (CX) culture by improving transactional service quality
  • Maintain accurate and strategic records of all customer interactions and progress within the CRM

Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Intermediate level of English
