About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by managing the initial stages of the commercial funnel for new clients
- Generate new business opportunities by contacting potential customers to identify needs and coordinate key interviews
- Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat to ensure efficient conversion of interested organizations
- Execute strategic campaigns to manage churn, focusing on reactivating and recovering inactive customers
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients to ensure long-term loyalty and expansion
- Contribute to a Customer Experience (CX) culture by improving transactional service quality
- Maintain accurate and strategic records of all customer interactions and progress within the CRM
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Intermediate level of English
