Commercial HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintaining commercial cooling package units on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Data Centers
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire HVAC units
• Conducting performance checks and regular HVAC maintenance
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Responding to service calls and emergency call outs
• Completing daily work reports accurately and timely
• Operating and maintaining a motor vehicle safely

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification
• 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Experience troubleshooting refrigeration systems on CRAH or CRAC equipment
• Advanced knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Ability to communicate effectively via verbal and email channels
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to travel up to 100%
