Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new clients aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Build and present customized proposals based on client needs
  • Manage the portfolio of key accounts in the region
  • Maintain continuous relationships and provide excellent post-sales support
  • Analyze competition and market trends
  • Participate in daily meetings to plan goals and share learnings
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Solid experience in B2B consultative sales with a focus on Key Accounts
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and present value propositions to executives
  • Result-oriented mindset
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma completed
  • Availability for onsite work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial market, payment methods, banking products, or retail software
  • Completed or ongoing higher education
