Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients through physical visits, telephone calls, and mailings
• Manage and develop the existing client portfolio across departments 35, 56, 22, 29, and 50
• Conduct field visits to maintain commercial contact and identify future needs
• Participate in commercial actions such as trade shows, forums, and congresses
• Contribute to commercial strategy and key account management
• Analyze tenders and consultations, prepare commercial offers, and lead negotiations
• Coordinate with the Operations team to hand over won projects
• Maintain and update the client database

Requirements

• Minimum Bac + 2 degree
• Proven experience in service sales, specifically within the sanitation or industrial cleaning sectors
• Strong expertise in sales and negotiation techniques
• Highly organized, rigorous, and capable of working in a project management mode
• Excellent oral communication skills and a strong sense of human relations
