Commercial Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic market growth by defining and evaluating opportunities across customers, segments, and regional markets.
• Monitor and analyze building regulations, environmental laws, and industry policies to assess business impact.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new initiatives and propose innovative business models to address evolving market dynamics.
• Perform deep-dive micro-market and segment analysis to identify untapped demand and map customer value chains.
• Coordinate with Strategy and Topline functions to align growth initiatives with corporate objectives.
• Design and execute strategies to expand the customer base, maximize revenue streams, and improve market share.
• Drive sales enablement programs and monitor topline KPIs to implement corrective growth actions.
• Adhere to and enforce all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business growth, strategy, or market research.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and their implications on the construction business.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the cement or construction materials industry.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools.
