Commercial Growth Associate

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Marketing and Data teams to drive merchant growth initiatives
• Take ownership of the SME and long-tail merchant segment performance
• Design and implement lifecycle programmes to improve merchant activation, engagement and retention
• Drive Gross Payment Value (GPV) growth across the SME merchant base
• Develop and manage merchant segmentation strategies and health scoring frameworks
• Increase adoption of Ozow products through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Design and implement scalable, automated growth programmes using AI tools
• Run structured experiments to test and optimise growth strategies
• Ensure effective use of CRM and data tools to support growth initiatives

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in Growth, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, Merchant Success, Customer Growth, Business Performance or Analytics
• Experience working with SME or merchant portfolios at scale
• Proven ability to use data to drive commercial decisions and execute measurable growth initiatives
