About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed revenue targets through management of new business and existing client opportunities
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline that consistently converts to revenue
- Deliver client retention and growth through renewal, upsell, and cross-sell performance
- Use CRM systems for forecasting accuracy, performance management, and insight sharing
- Collaborate across a portfolio business model to share best practices and sales approaches
Requirements
- Previous experience using CRM systems
- Proven ability to work towards defined sales targets
- Experience building and maintaining effective customer relationships
- Ability to work effectively under pressure both individually and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to align with internal partners
