Commercial Functions Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Information Systems, and Human Resources departments for a single location.
• Act as the senior commercial plant leader, interfacing and coordinating with regional and global business leaders.
• Partner closely with functional areas including operations, engineering, sales, and project management.
• Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to significant business decisions.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the allocation of resources to deliver timely results and support long-range organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience in Finance, Logistics, or HR within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Proven experience managing leaders across different disciplines.
• Expert-level skills in cross-organizational leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources.
• Extensive understanding of manufacturing processes and systems within the Bosch framework.
