About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead crews and manage day-to-day job details for assigned projects
- Supervise field efficiency and labor costs
- Manage job equipment, tools, and materials
- Communicate daily with the Superintendent
- Complete daily logs and production sheets
- Comply with all safety policies and practices
- Manage project costs and risk
Requirements
- Extensive experience in concrete foundations and flatwork
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and 100+ pounds occasionally
- Ability to work irregular hours, including early mornings and weekends
