Commercial Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic financial partner to cross-functional Sales leaders to drive profitable growth and optimize trade investments
• Support Sales initiatives including Go-To-Market plans, Joint Business Plans, and new product launches
• Lead monthly Trade Reviews with KAMs and Sales leadership to analyze trade spend performance
• Evaluate and enhance trade spend strategies through ROI analysis and financial scenario modeling
• Lead financial planning processes for the US Commercial Team, including quarterly forecasting and annual planning
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations with strategic insights and performance analysis
• Develop and implement trade policies and processes while driving process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting
• 6+ years of experience in financial performance management and analysis
• Experience within consumer-packaged goods (CPG) preferred
• Expertise in gross sales and trade spend management
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills
• Proven ability to communicate retail trends and insights to influence decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
