Commercial Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Ops Directors and senior managers across fulfillment and logistics teams
• Interpret complex data sources to produce meaningful business insights and explain the 'why'
• Evaluate new cost saving initiatives, commercial partnerships, and revenue opportunities to drive ROI
• Generate reliable, data-driven forecasts while challenging assumptions
• Lead the Month End accounting process for operations with high accuracy
• Support the coaching and development of the senior financial analyst
• Optimize workflows and advocate for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 2-3 years of PQ experience
• Experience in physical product-based businesses (e.g., manufacturing, FMCG, or operational environments)
• Proven experience in fast-paced environments managing simultaneous deadlines
• Experience designing and maintaining structured scenario planning models
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
• SQL exposure is advantageous
• Must have the independent right to work in the UK
