Commercial Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Diageo Beer Company commercial team to drive business performance through financial expertise and strategic insights.
• Deliver robust business performance management processes to ensure the delivery of all relevant financial metrics.
• Maintain a robust governance and control environment and an effective risk management agenda.
• Support the formulation of business strategy and the conversion of strategies into prioritized operating plans.
• Identify critical business opportunities, risks, and initiatives, providing financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Act as a trusted business advisor to key leaders across Supply, Marketing, and Innovation.

Requirements

• Degree educated with a relevant professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MBA).
• 5+ years of experience in a global FMCG or a similar multifaceted operating environment.
• Proven commercial competence and ability to drive business performance.
• Strong capabilities in business performance management, financial planning, and data-driven insights.
