Commercial Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Performance Directors to drive performance management and optimize customer and brand investment decisions
• Provide commercial decision support to improve Net Sales Value, Gross Profit, and Gross Margin %
• Lead the national forecasting process in partnership with FP&A and commercial teams
• Manage opportunities and risks to ensure delivery against financial objectives
• Lead the S&OP process from a Finance perspective in collaboration with Supply
• Oversee M&E governance and manage efficiency regarding SLOBS, Discos, and Allocations

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial decision support and performance management
• Strong expertise in national forecasting and risk management
• Experience leading S&OP processes
• Ability to provide data-led insights to drive business outcomes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences and manage complex problems
