Commercial Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead financial steering by owning and managing the P&L from Net Sales to Gross Margin
• Orchestrate end-to-end commercial forecasting in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
• Serve as a financial validator for commercial activities, including pricing strategies and promotional plans
• Deliver deep-dive performance analysis on channel and client data to provide actionable insights
• Act as a strategic co-pilot to Commercial and General Management teams to drive profitable growth

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in financial controlling and P&L management
• Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner to commercial teams
• Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic actions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels
• High level of business acumen and a commercial mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment
