About the role
Responsibilities
- Negotiate high-value contracts with large clients and strategic partners
- Develop and implement long-term sales strategies
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Maintain high-level relationships with decision-makers in key accounts
- Implement customer loyalty and satisfaction programs
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with corporate goals
- Act as a mentor for Account Executives I
- Participate in industry conferences and events to stay updated on market trends
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree
- 2 years of commercial experience
- Average tenure of at least 1.5 years in the last 3 roles
- Basic Microsoft Office and intermediate CRM skills (Salesforce, HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Strong Portuguese, argumentation, and storytelling skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
