Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client accounts and develop new business opportunities in management system services
  • Actively prospect within economic sectors of interest to identify growth and expansion opportunities
  • Generate and maintain an updated database of current and potential clients (CRM)
  • Implement, follow up, and report performance indicators for sales, service, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Participate in promotional events and commercial activities to position management system services
  • Maintain periodic communication with current and potential clients to strengthen commercial relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling certification services for management systems
