Responsibilities
- Manage existing client accounts and develop new business opportunities in management system services
- Actively prospect within economic sectors of interest to identify growth and expansion opportunities
- Generate and maintain an updated database of current and potential clients (CRM)
- Implement, follow up, and report performance indicators for sales, service, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Participate in promotional events and commercial activities to position management system services
- Maintain periodic communication with current and potential clients to strengthen commercial relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree
- At least 3 years of experience in selling certification services for management systems
