About the role
Responsibilities
- Build weekly and monthly sales reports by retailer to identify retail opportunities
- Support product and franchise performance analysis and optimization plans
- Track retailer promotional activity and monitor best-seller stock levels
- Manage new product listings across all retail partners and coordinate asset distribution
- Ensure timely delivery of online assets including copy, visuals, and video
- Handle day-to-day operational requests from retailers and internal teams
- Build new launch books, toolkits, and activation recaps
- Manage sample and collateral send-outs and implement sampling plans
- Conduct weekly competitive monitoring and optimize product detail pages (PDPs)
- Support event preparation and organization including stock management
- Cascade launch and activation dates to the field team and conduct store visits
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in commercial, sales, or retailer marketing within beauty or luxury
- Master’s level degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
