About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and contact potential customers within the CUYO region (Mendoza, San Juan, and San Luis).
- Perform product demonstrations and present the benefits of various paint lines.
- Maintain strong client relationships and offer personalized solutions based on their needs.
- Achieve or exceed established sales targets set by management.
- Follow up on quotes and ensure high levels of post-sale customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and present results to the sales team and management.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar commercial roles.
- Availability to travel within the country.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Strong orientation toward results, teamwork, and customer focus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of TANGO software.
- Intermediate level of English.
