Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to existing clients to ensure their needs are met effectively
- Manage the contract renewal process to ensure business continuity
- Proactively identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to expand services
- Actively prospect new clients by understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions
- Maintain continuous feedback with regional managers and technical teams to improve solutions
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, including prospecting and portfolio development
- Ability to manage and strengthen relationships with active clients through visits or virtual meetings
- Proficiency in developing business plans and commercial strategies
- Experience monitoring sales KPIs such as volume, average ticket, conversion rate, and churn
- Knowledge of credit portfolio management, specifically payroll-deductible loans (crédito consignado)
- Availability for travel
