Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to existing clients to ensure their needs are met effectively
  • Manage the contract renewal process to ensure business continuity
  • Proactively identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to expand services
  • Actively prospect new clients by understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions
  • Maintain continuous feedback with regional managers and technical teams to improve solutions

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, including prospecting and portfolio development
  • Ability to manage and strengthen relationships with active clients through visits or virtual meetings
  • Proficiency in developing business plans and commercial strategies
  • Experience monitoring sales KPIs such as volume, average ticket, conversion rate, and churn
  • Knowledge of credit portfolio management, specifically payroll-deductible loans (crédito consignado)
  • Availability for travel
