About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process for Augustus Media brands to drive growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and professional networks
- Prospect new clients, qualify leads, and close new accounts
- Strategically build and maintain a high-activity sales pipeline
- Develop and present commercial media proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with Sales, Performance, and Content teams to optimize campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery goals, escalating issues when necessary
- Track, optimize, and compile campaign analytics and end-of-campaign reports
- Achieve monthly and annual commercial targets
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, brand partnerships, sales, or marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a media company or advertising agency
- Advanced degree (Master's) is advantageous
