Commercial Execution Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end commercial execution in-market to meet SOS targets and optimize ROI.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Market GM, helping shape priorities and interventions to meet P&L and growth ambitions.
• Define and embed execution standards, KPIs, and governance frameworks across Sales and Channel teams.
• Manage commercial performance through data-led decision making and predictive tracking of risks and opportunities.
• Lead the strategy and execution of representative activation programs to maximize engagement and productivity.
• Drive S&OE leadership by providing robust, commercially grounded demand signals to ensure supply-demand alignment.
• Generate actionable commercial insights and market intelligence to shape future central planning cycles.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in commercial execution, sales operations, planning, or related roles with clear ownership of business outcomes.
• Demonstrable local market experience with a deep understanding of consumer, channel, and sales dynamics.
• Proven track record in supporting sales delivery or SOS targets.
• Experience working within and influencing teams in a complex matrix organization.
