Commercial Excellence Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial intelligence agenda by providing data-driven insights into market trends, competitive landscapes, and business performance.
• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards to track sell-out, distribution, and market share across various channels and territories.
• Drive the deployment and adoption of SFA/CRM platforms (Salesforce) to optimize field sales execution and visitation planning.
• Lead commercial transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring structured project management from scoping to execution.
• Design and deploy sales capability frameworks and learning journeys to elevate the professional competency of the field sales team.
• Partner with Commercial Finance to embed Revenue Growth Management (RGM) discipline, including pricing corridors and promotional ROI analysis.
• Optimize trade investment allocation by collaborating with Trade Marketing and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Strategy, Trade Marketing, or Revenue Management within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization, specifically with Excel and Power BI.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L, trade spend, and margin waterfall analysis.
• Experience with SFA/CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in English (business level); Vietnamese language skills are a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or Master's in a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the beverage or spirits industry.
• Familiarity with Nielsen, Euromonitor, or equivalent market data sources in the Vietnam context.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
