About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of customer journeys across the commercial funnel
- Translate customer insights data and feedback into actionable initiatives
- Identify friction points, conversion barriers and growth opportunities across customer touchpoints
- Monitor funnel performance, lead progression and conversion across the division
- Drive best practices for lead management and collaboration between Marketing and Sales
- Leverage CRM, marketing and commercial data to support fact-based decision making
- Build visibility around customer, campaign and funnel performance through reporting and analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Service Design, Information Systems or a related field
- +3 years of experience within customer experience, commercial excellence, growth marketing, analytics or related disciplines
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working with CRM platforms, customer data and marketing performance measurement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from consulting, agency environments, international organizations or sales companies
