Commercial Excellence Analyst Partner

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and margin planning through budget development, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
• Analyze commercial performance by monitoring KPIs and providing recommendations to optimize sales.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and steering tools to track monthly and quarterly results.
• Identify growth levers by analyzing market trends and Salesforce (SFDC) data.
• Optimize Salesforce efficiency by monitoring the pipeline and developing tools for field teams.
• Manage pricing policies and contract profitability through proactive analysis and optimization.
• Implement BI and AI solutions to enhance business modeling and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to anticipate demand and ensure product availability.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Country Business Leader, providing insights to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Business or Engineering degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Commercial Controller (experience in the healthcare sector is a plus).
• Proficiency in Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical dexterity.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
