Commercial Escrow Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead teams performing diverse title operations duties to support branches in clearing title
• Act as a liaison between Examining and Underwriting groups to ensure compliance, policy adherence, and production goals are met
• Oversee individual contributors and supervisors, remaining accountable for team performance and results
• Assess departmental priorities to address resource allocation and operational challenges
• Identify and resolve technical and operational problems, understanding their broader impact across the department
• Review team ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives
• Adapt department plans and priorities to meet short-term service and operational objectives

Requirements

• 8+ years of related work experience in title or escrow operations
• Proven experience in team management, including managing individual contributors or supervisors
• Strong operational problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within established policies and procedures while collaborating with senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
