Commercial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of commercial activities to ensure on-time delivery and reliable execution of commitments
• Support internal and external stakeholders by preparing, analyzing, and communicating weekly reports and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and markets through regular meetings to ensure alignment and transparency
• Use analytical skills to uncover market developments, track product performance, and follow up on key findings
• Continuously improve ways of working by proactively identifying risks, solving issues, and sharing knowledge across teams

Requirements

• Experience in engineering, commercial, or operational roles
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with markets, operations, production, and management
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders
• Very good command of English and Polish (written and spoken)
• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
