Commercial Employee

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display products and merchandise in aisles according to specific storage and presentation guidelines
• Perform regular inventory counts of stock within your assigned department
• Collaborate with managers to ensure timely product replenishment
• Assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude to provide a high-quality shopping experience
• Follow established processes and methods learned during the integration period

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Experience or interest in product display and merchandising
• Basic understanding of inventory management
• A commercial mindset with a desire to build trust and proximity with customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or commercial environment is a plus
