Sylvester's Dock and Door Service is a fast-growing building maintenance company serving commercial customers. With over 10 years in the facility maintenance industry, we have grown to a team of over 40 employees.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial doors, high-speed doors, sectional doors, operators, dock levelers, and gate systems
• Install new equipment and components at customer sites
• Maintain accurate digital work orders and communicate job status in real time
• Uphold safety standards on every job site
• Represent Sylvester's professionally with every customer interaction
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving history
• Ability to meet customer site access requirements, which may include a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of recent experience as a Door Technician
• Welding experience
