Commercial Division Manager - Interior Finishing

Responsibilities

• Jointly manage the economic and entrepreneurial control of the interior finishing division with the technical management
• Act as a commercial sparring partner for technical management and the board, participating in strategic decisions
• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, monthly and annual financial statements, and ongoing liquidity management
• Provide transparency for entrepreneurial decisions through meaningful analyses, KPIs, and decision templates
• Manage projects commercially, monitoring results, costs, schedules, opportunities, and risks
• Identify economic improvement potential and implement measures for result optimization
• Lead and develop the commercial team, promoting individual responsibility and clear decision structures
• Drive digitalization, standardization, and the development of modern control instruments and organizational structures
• Support the board with commercial and strategic special projects, including M&A, due diligence, and company integration

Requirements

• Completed university degree in economics or a comparable commercial qualification
• Several years of experience in a commercial leadership or management role, ideally in construction, project management, or manufacturing
• Strong business understanding with experience in result management, project controlling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Entrepreneurial personality with strategic vision and decision-making strength
• Experience in leading, developing, and motivating commercial teams
• High digital affinity and interest in modernizing processes and organizational structures
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional appearance toward stakeholders
• Ideally, experience in M&A and corporate integration
