About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of large and mid-market direct advertiser accounts, targeting digital and brand leadership.
  • Lead consultative, end-to-end sales cycles from initial identification through to closing platform agreements.
  • Develop and own strategic relationships across major US media agency holding companies and independent networks.
  • Structure and negotiate agency partnership agreements, including preferred supplier and reseller terms.
  • Own ARR targets with full accountability for new business, expansion, and renewal performance.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline forecasting and provide regular visibility on deal stages and market signals.
  • Represent Pulse at key industry events and conferences to reinforce market reputation.
  • Contribute to GTM strategy and commercial model design as the platform scales.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience within digital advertising technology, media SaaS, or programmatic solutions.
  • Proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving five to six-figure contract values.
  • Deep understanding of the YouTube advertising landscape, including planning, buying, and measurement.
  • Existing senior-level relationships across US media agency groups (e.g., Publicis, WPP, IPG, Omnicom, Havas, Dentsu).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases for brand safety and contextual relevance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the gravitas to engage at Director and C-suite levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with GARM brand safety standards and contextual targeting methodologies.
  • Experience selling to in-house marketing teams, particularly performance-focused or DTC advertisers.
  • An established presence in the US advertising community through IAB, ISBA, or IPA engagement.
