About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of large and mid-market direct advertiser accounts, targeting senior digital and brand leadership.
  • Lead consultative, end-to-end sales cycles from initial identification through to closing platform agreements.
  • Develop and own strategic relationships across major media agency holding companies and independent networks.
  • Negotiate agency partnership agreements, including preferred supplier arrangements and joint go-to-market programmes.
  • Own ARR targets with full accountability for new business, expansion, and renewal performance.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline forecasting and provide regular visibility on deal stages and market signals.
  • Represent the company at key industry events such as IAB, Advertising Week, and ISBA.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience within digital advertising technology, media SaaS, or programmatic solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value contracts.
  • Deep fluency in the YouTube advertising landscape and how brands/agencies plan and buy video media.
  • Existing senior-level relationships across UK media agency groups (e.g., WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Havas, Dentsu).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases for contextual intelligence and brand safety.
  • Excellent communication skills with the gravitas to engage at Director and C-suite levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with GARM brand safety standards and contextual targeting methodologies.
  • Experience selling to in-house marketing teams, particularly performance-focused or DTC advertisers.
  • An established presence in the UK advertising community through IAB, ISBA, or IPA engagement.
