Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market execution for international growth across the UK and EU
- Oversee and optimize commercial pipelines across various markets
- Lead and scale the commercial team to deliver sustainable 2–3x revenue growth
- Align commercial strategy across Engineering, Compliance, and Clinical functions
- Establish presence in new international markets and close enterprise deals
- Systematize repeatable GTM playbooks and pipeline management
Requirements
- Senior commercial leadership experience (VP/Director level)
- Deep healthtech or healthcare IT sales experience
- Proven track record of scaling revenue past £5M and delivering 2–3x growth
- Experience hiring and developing commercial teams from under 10 to 50+
- Strong relationships with clinical leadership across UK/EU health systems (NHS experience is essential)
- P&L ownership experience
- Experience in enterprise software organizations or high-growth VC-backed startups
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in enterprise software organizations (e.g., Epic, Oracle, Microsoft)
- Experience navigating regulated healthcare markets and regulatory environments
