Commercial Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy for Cartier in Saudi Arabia, including the development of a 3-year strategic plan.
• Manage sales forecasts, set ambitious sales targets, and monitor the network's P&L and boutique profitability.
• Drive network development by identifying business opportunities in real estate and boutique projects.
• Define and implement local high-end strategies, focusing on VIP client development and prestige community engagement.
• Oversee the omni-channel approach, ensuring a seamless integration between physical retail and e-commerce.
• Lead and develop high-performing commercial teams, fostering talent through succession planning and motivation.
• Manage external retail partnerships and key accounts to enhance brand presence and market leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of commercial or client-facing experience within a multinational organization.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong retail acumen and a data-driven mindset supported by commercial awareness.
• Proven strategic thinking skills and the ability to navigate complex, international environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing market circumstances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across various functions.
