Commercial Director - Metallurgy Division

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a targeted commercial strategy for industrial sectors, managing both key accounts and a multi-industrial portfolio.
• Identify, qualify, and convert cross-selling opportunities in close coordination with local agencies and sales services.
• Collaborate transversely with Division, Department, and Agency Directors to transform technical needs into concrete solutions.
• Maintain a strong field presence by visiting client sites, workshops, and conducting regular site visits to propose adapted offers.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of industrial decision-makers, including technical directors, buyers, and influencers.
• Co-construct commercial responses with technical teams and lead negotiations for strategic contracts and projects.
• Represent the company at professional events, trade shows, and industry clubs to enhance brand image.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or technical functions within the metallurgy industry (industrial services, maintenance, piping, boilermaking, or welding).
• Proven experience in industrial services, maintenance, or piping sectors.
• Strong relational excellence with the ability to build lasting connections and influence high-level decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead through influence without direct management authority.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to transform complex problems into commercial opportunities.
• National mobility is required for regular travel to support agencies, clients, and partners across France.
