Commercial Director

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy and growth roadmap
• Oversee portfolio development and identify new markets and partnership opportunities
• Establish and enforce commercial governance processes including pricing discipline and bid approval
• Act as senior commercial interface with key clients, partners, and strategic stakeholders
• Support negotiations for high-value commercial agreements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors
• Provide regular reporting on growth initiatives and strategic risks to the General Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership or strategic roles
• Proven experience in the UAE or GCC markets
• Experience in EPC, industrial services, energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong expertise in pricing, portfolio management, and commercial governance
• Proven ability to manage or influence P&L performance
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
