About the Company

GetFrankly is a recruitment partner representing a premium resort in Cluj-Napoca. The resort offers luxury accommodation, refined gastronomy, exceptional events, and an Aesthetics, Wellbeing & Longevity SPA center, currently transitioning from an entrepreneurial model to a professionalized managerial structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 people across two business lines: Corporate Events (B2B) and Private Events (weddings, anniversaries).
• Oversee sales across all resort areas: events, hotel, and spa.
• Build and implement professional sales systems, including CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Drive revenue growth through improved conversion rates and increased average contract value.
• Implement integrated cross-selling strategies for hotel, events, restaurant, and spa packages.
• Establish a performance culture with individual KPIs and weekly reporting.
• Manage margins, costs, and profitability for all events and bookings.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a commercial leadership role.
• Proven experience building sales systems (CRM, pipeline, forecasting) rather than just individual selling.
• Experience in B2B/Corporate services or Hospitality (4-5* hotels, premium venues, or high-end service companies).
• Strong understanding of margin management, budgeting, and KPIs (cost, revenue, profit).
• Ability to manage both corporate B2B logic and private event dynamics.
• On-site presence required to manage teams and interact with clients/stakeholders.
• Diplomatic yet assertive leadership style.
