Responsibilities

• Define and own the annual commercial strategy across all channels including Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, HoReCa, E-commerce, and Export
• Set the commercial investment framework, promotional budgets, and pricing logic
• Lead framework negotiations with top-tier national accounts and retail chains
• Own the brand and trade-marketing agenda, ensuring marketing and sales operate as a unified system
• Lead the innovation pipeline from consumer insight to product launch and execution
• Own net revenue, margin, and profitability at the commercial level
• Lead, structure, and develop the commercial organization including Sales, KAM, and Trade Marketing teams
• Partner with Supply Chain to guarantee product availability and forecast accuracy

Requirements

• 10-15 years in FMCG commercial leadership
• Deep knowledge of the Romanian route-to-market (Traditional, Modern, HoReCa, and Digital)
• Proven experience leading multi-channel sales organizations and managing managers
• Experience with P&L or channel-budget ownership
• Track record of negotiating with national retail chains
• Strong analytical mindset regarding promotional ROI and sell-in/sell-out dynamics
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and retail-data platforms
• Fluent Romanian and business-level English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing
