About the Company

Fleek is building the infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade: a B2B marketplace and the AI systems digitising the supply chain behind it. Since 2022, we've saved 9 million items from landfill while tripling in size year-on-year. We're backed by investors including a16z, Y Combinator, and HV Capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial team of approximately 8 people across new business and account management
• Build a repeatable new business growth engine to drive top-of-funnel growth for high-value customers
• Drive retention strategy for the best-performing customer cohorts
• Own key customer relationships and escalations
• Design and implement AI/agentic workflows to scale commercial operations
• Upskill and expand the team with a focus on data-driven, tech-savvy talent

Requirements

• Commercial management experience leading sales, account management, or revenue teams in high-growth environments
• Marketplace experience (B2B or B2C)
• Expertise using data and metrics to support functional decisions and build business cases
• Proven experience as a zero-to-one builder of sales functions or commercial processes
• Strong relationship management skills with enterprise or high-value customers
• Deeply analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Hands-on, scrappy, and entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for AI/agentic platforms and leveraging automation for efficiency
• Expertise in marketplace unit economics and two-sided marketplace dynamics
• B2B2C background serving both business customers and end consumers
• Experience in startups or high-growth scale-ups
